Every detail is thoughtfully curated, from custom-made design artifacts and art pieces to lush greenery that softens the space. The building itself carries historic charm, originally designed by Ernst Ziller in 1881 and now reimagined with a Michelin 2025 award-winning restoration that blends old-world character with modern sophistication.

The ambiance was serene, the scent of fresh florals subtly present, and the noise level hushed—perfect for unwinding after days of sightseeing. With soaring 9-foot ceilings, a dramatic grand staircase, and romantic touches throughout, it felt like living in a fairytale.

Security was reassuring with traditional key locks that paired authenticity with comfort. Complimentary touches like breakfast, fine wine, and spa access elevated the luxury even further.

Hidden in the hotel’s private basement, the spa felt like our own sanctuary. Unlike larger resort spas, this was intimate and completely private—reserved just for the two of us.
