Head Spa Experience LeBeauty – NYC
Luxury Sensory Scalp Care Meets Girls’ Weekend Escape
Location: New York City Garment District
Experience: 90-Minute Head Spa
Date Visited: September 5, 2025
The Experience
I visited the LeBeauty head spa in NYC with my best girlfriend as part of a girls’ weekend, and we booked the 90-minute head spa experience From the moment we laid back, the focus was clear: deep relaxation, scalp health, and sensory reset.

The experience itself was incredibly calming and thoughtfully executed. Multiple techniques were used throughout the treatment to stimulate circulation, release tension, and promote total relaxation. A standout touch was the warming eye mask, which immediately set the tone and allowed us to fully disconnect. Between the rhythmic scalp massage, water therapy, and intentional pacing, it was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve experienced.

Our hair and scalp felt exceptionally clean—truly the cleanest our hair has ever felt. The attention to scalp health and cleansing was impressive, and it left our hair feeling light, refreshed, and completely reset.
The Downside
The biggest downside—and something worth noting for anyone booking—was the lack of hair styling at the end of the service. Our hair was quickly blown dry, but not styled or polished. Because we had dinner plans afterward, we had to return to our hotel to properly style and get ready, which wasn’t ideal. We had assumed the experience would leave us fully finished and ready to go.
While the treatment itself was exceptional, this detail is important for anyone scheduling the head spa before an event or night out.
Girls’ Weekend Highlights
This head spa experience fit beautifully into a full NYC girls’ weekend itinerary.
We stayed at the Moxy NYC Chelsea, which had an absolutely insane view of the Empire State Building—a major highlight and such a fun, energetic hotel choice for the trip.

The same day as our head spa, we also did Sip & Stitch in the Garment District, where we made our own bags while enjoying unlimited wine, cocktails, and charcuterie. It was creative, social, and such a unique NYC experience—perfect for a girls’ trip.

We met up for brunch with friends, wandered through local bookstores, and when a downpour hit, Chelsea Market was the perfect place to duck into, explore, and spend the afternoon without missing a beat.

Dinner at Dos Caminos rounded out the night with great Mexican food and a lively atmosphere that felt just right after a day of pampering and exploring.
Travel Made Easy
We took the train roundtrip from Albany–Rensselaer to Penn Station, which made the entire trip seamless and stress-free. Being able to walk right into the city and avoid driving added to how relaxed and effortless the weekend felt.
Final Thoughts
The head spa experience itself was deeply relaxing, sensory-driven, and incredibly effective for scalp health and stress relief. While the lack of hair styling was a drawback—especially for those with post-treatment plans—the overall experience was still a standout and something I’d recommend with proper planning.
Paired with a fun, well-rounded NYC itinerary, this trip was the perfect mix of wellness, creativity, indulgence, and friendship.
Best for: Girls’ weekends, wellness-focused travelers, anyone craving deep relaxation and scalp care—just plan extra time if you need to be event-ready afterward.
